Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, accessing, or using the Wrestlestream channel/application, operated by FEPCO Promotions on Roku-enabled devices.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or streaming content through this Channel on any Roku streaming device, Roku TV, or associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Channel, and remove it from your Roku device immediately.
2. Device & Platform Requirements
Roku Platform: The Service operates via the Roku operating system. Your use of the Roku platform itself is governed by Roku, Inc.’s own End User License Agreement and Terms of Service.
Internet Connection & Hardware: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all internet connectivity, streaming equipment, and data plans necessary to access the Service. Video quality and streaming performance may vary based on internet bandwidth, location, and device capabilities.
3. Limited License & Intellectual Property
Grant of License: We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and stream content through the Channel strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Ownership: All content made available through the Channel—including video, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of FEPCO Promotions or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You agree that you will not:
Record, rip, duplicate, download, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Channel.
Circumvent, disable, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), anti-piracy, or security features.
Use the Channel for any commercial broadcasting or public viewing establishment without our express written consent.
4. Accounts, Subscriptions & Roku Pay
Registration: Some features or premium content may require creating an account or logging in with existing credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information.
Billing via Roku Pay: Subscriptions, rentals, or in-channel purchases initiated on Roku devices are processed through Roku Pay and are subject to Roku’s billing terms.
Automatic Renewal: Unless stated otherwise at purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions purchased through Roku Pay must be managed or canceled directly through your Roku account settings (my.roku.com or on your Roku device under Channel Options). Refund requests for purchases processed by Roku Pay are governed by Roku’s standard refund policies.
5. Content Availability & Geolocation
Catalog Changes: Content availability, including live streams, video-on-demand titles, and channels, is subject to change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any specific title.
Geographic Restrictions: Access to the Channel and specific video titles may be restricted to certain geographic regions due to licensing constraints. We reserve the right to use geolocation technologies to verify access eligibility.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Channel in any manner that could:
Disrupt, overburden, or impair our servers, networks, or streaming infrastructure.
Introduce malicious code, automated scripts, crawlers, or scraping bots.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
7. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Channel may display third-party advertisements or provide links to third-party services. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or advertising content displayed within the Channel.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT STREAMING WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEPCO Promotions, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND CONTENT LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CHANNEL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
10. Termination
